Compiling Errors [Fixes]

Hello everybody. I was shuffling through the topics earlier, and stumbled upon several people complaining about this error in XCode: 1° ".../BT_Objects/TwitterOAuth/../README.txt No such file or directory" The fix is actually quite simple, since I myself got that error twice (source unknown). When in XCode, click on your project > BT_Objects > Twitter0Auth. Here, you will see README.txt is in RED. The fix is simple. Take the source project that you downloaded from buzztouch, shuffle to that same folder, copy the file "README.txt", and add to your project. Normally, Building the project should be without error. 2° "The configuration data for this application is invalid" (pop-up message in XCode or on IDevice.) This one, again, is quite simple. I believe David answered, but the answer is quite long. There are two possible options. I) Either your code IS invalid, in which case you must check it with http://jsonlint.com/ II) Your code is no actually invalid, but NO Present. I have no idea why this happened to me, but my project was without the BT_Config File. In that case, just simply download the project again, make sure the config file IS There. III) There are probably other sources of error, but up until now, those are the two I have experienced / found in other topics. I hope this was useful

What you could do is: 1) Remove the project (File > Remove Project) 2) Make sure the Screen Data URLs' are well configured (I don't actually know if this would help, but I have had problems because of the difference between the old URL and the new URL that has "command=getChildItems" instead of "command=login" (older version of buzztouch). 3) Download the project. Run the emulators, but delete all previous apps that are cached on the emulator. May I ask what version your appliation is on? 1.4 / 1.5 / or 2.0 ? I don't know much seing as I'm new, but I hope this helps !

Skyr0s, Thanks very much for posting the fix for the 1st build error. I used your solution and now my build runs without the error. Thanks Darren
