1st time rejected !

Today i rejected for one of my apps and the reason is 2.2 We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPhone 4 and iPad 2 running iOS 5.0.1, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. When the app is launched a blank page is produced. Contents do not load appropriately. Please see the attached screenshot for reference to the issue. For discrete code-level questions, you may wish to consult with Apple Developer Technical Support. Please be sure to prepare any symbolicated crash logs, screenshots, or steps to reproduce the issues for when the DTS engineer follows up. For information on how to symbolicate and read a crash log, please see Tech Note TN2151 Understanding and Analyzing iPhone OS Application Crash Reports. Before submit the app i test it 100 times and all are ok.Is there anything that im missing or doing wrong ? The screenshot that apple send me is here http://img542.imageshack.us/img542/9786/djoitaxgay.png

Sounds like you sent them an old copy of your source code, which meant that if they didn't hit refresh they would have seen a blank version of the app. I would recommend redownloading your source, wiping the aim, repackaging and ensuring the content shows without a refresh. // J

@javooooo is right, sounds like you didn't update the config prior to submitting hence the blank screen, I'd wager that is the issue, you're not the first and will not be the last. 1. Navigate to your apps and grab the latest config data and drop that into xcode. 2. Delete the app from your phone as well for good measure. 3. Do a clean and build and it should now run latest content without the need for a refresh. Good luck and try not to get down about the rejection, we've all been there. Happy Saturday!

Yeah, it sounds like you sent in an old version of the apps source code. What i do is i edit the apps source code so that every-time there is a change to the app via buzztouch, it updates itself without asking.

@mysterysolever - Yes. Thats correct. Also just to be sure paste your code on http://jsonlint.com/ in order to validate your code - before you add it into Xcode. You can never be to cautious - since rejection is kind of depressing (but also learning) ;) We have all been there. BR/Stefan
