Fires are raging for sure. LOL. All this will pass. What's the name of the app in your control panel for this issue. Not all apps behave the same it seems! Post the app name plz.

Got it. Confirmed the issue. It's related to the way the apps icon is packaged when you download the code. For some crazy reason, the code can't seem to download then re-size the icon like it needs to. The error is PHP telling us "hey, I can't find the image." However, when the URL to the image is put in the address bar, it loads fine! So, PHP can't seem to resize this image and I'm not sure why. I'll continue on this and report more when I learn more. In the meantime, it's possible that there is something funky about the icon you uploaded. You could try uploading a different icon to see if anything changes - not sure it will? More details when we learn more...you're not alone!

Hey guys, I'm trying to download my first app source code for the first time and I'm getting an error msg, not sure if it's giving me the same error message but from the explanation seems like the same issue, I tried uploading a 72 x 72 px png with some text on it, here : done<div style='border:1px solid red;padding:10px;margin:10px;background-color:#FFFFFF;'>Oops, a PHP error was trapped.<hr>File: /var/www/vhosts/buzztouch-demo/public_html/app/cp_v20/bt_app/AJAX_v20_download.php<br/>Line: 306<br/>Message: imagecreatefromjpeg(): 'http://www.buzztouch.com/applications030812/JA14D73C09C8EE92709EE6E21/images/3FAE786DADF0F626855DC0E_icon.jpg' is not a valid JPEG file <div> Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok, Not sure if it will help, but my former file was a 72 x 72 px .png image called "buzztouchtest.png" and I tried now with a same size .jpg called "testicon.jpg", and IT WORKED!! so I'm not sure if it was the file extension or if it was the file name that maybe it was too long, you might want to try either solution if any of the cases apply. Cheers.

I managed to download the package. I changed the icon to .jpg. But there's another problem now. I tried tot run the app on an AVD (and on y android phone). The app is installed, but there's an error message: "There was a problem loading the app's configuration data. See LogCat(console) output in Eclipse." The output in Eclipse: "[2012-03-11 09:29:08 - AVR] Android Launch! [2012-03-11 09:29:08 - AVR] adb is running normally. @Erwin4998: Did you get your data to download? Try pasting the data URL (see apps core settings, config data) in a browser bar. Does it load? Icon: You guys helped sleuth this out, way to go. The issue has been fixed. It was related to the way the .png and .jpg images were being processed.
