Not recieving email from buzztouch

None of our agency users are recieving email from buzztouch, specifically from password reminders. We've added buzztouch.com to our email servers' whitelists however we're not seeing anything. Are you having any SMTP issues?

Subscribing I had this issue when I was signing up for my account here, not getting its emails. I just used a different email service to sign-up with, but that will not work in your case. Following to see why mine may have failed also.

I didn't receive my emails until I updated my email setting in my profile. That might be the problem. I'm receiving emails now without any apparent problems. Fred

They were having lots of mail servers issues last night. I suspect it's all related to that. Mark

Sounds like they still might be. We're still not getting mail. Are the emails coming from 'buzztouch.com' as far as anyone knows?

I see emails coming from the person who posted an update to the forum, and from buzztouch. Seems a bit touch and go at the moment. Mark

Emails from forum posts will have the users screen name as the 'from name' and will be from no-reply @ buzztouch.com Technically, they are being sent by SendGrid, an amazing outbound mail service we switched with the big change. SendGrid seems to be lightening fast and super high in the % delivered.

When i tried to set up my account and later down the line reset my password the confirmation emails where not sent to my address, however after contacting buzztouch my account was verified and later a reset password was sent out. Great response from the buzztouch team!
