I am not able to save or delete anything in my menus

I keep deleting the same menu over and over. Yes I click the confirmation after I click delete. I am also having in issue saving just about anything. I change a button nickname and click save. or add in image name and click save and it says saved. Later I look at it and nothing is there. I click delete and confirm. Later they show up again. Also in the button properties I add a filename to "Background Image Name Small Device". I click save. It saves. I then look at the button properties again and the background image name is empty again. The image is already in my BT_images folder. Comments btv1.5. When I click my screens and menus tab. I build a new button for the main menu and when it updates All the newer buttons I made are gone and old menu items I have already deleted are back on the screen. Comments hmmm...
