Click your name at the top right of this screen and you'll see your control panel and the different sections on the left side navigation. You should see a section there labeled "Published Apps". On that screen you'll see an orange "+Add" button on the upper right. Enter your apps details and you should be all set! That way, someone visiting your profile will see your awesome work up front.
