Amending the sample txt file for Location maps to have links?

So I have a number of locations on a location map that I was inputting manually. However, I think it's going to be better to have them read from a txt file as the locations can change periodically. I looked at the sample txt file but am wondering what I would need to add to have it load a linked html file from the location? Not sure if I've explained it well enough - essentially this: 1. You click the locations link 2. It loads the map with pins 3. you select a pin and it displays Title and subtitle --this is as far as the sample file takes you-- 4. you click on a link next to the title and subtitle 5. it loads a linked html file Hope that makes sense!
