Where do you specify image locations in Eclipse using BT Server?

I have a simple app that uses icons. Those are .png files. I cna get it to work using the URL method but not if I try to compile the images in eclipse. Essentially I want to have my splash page and icons within the package. When I export my package from BT server and into Eclipse I don't see any folders or location for the images. Could someone perhaps lead me down the right direction of how to approach this? I know I need to specify them in the package within Ecplise but I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance.
