You mean button menu right ? If you want to use button menu for home screen click Layout and select button menu screen.

The carousel plugin might be helpful, it is iOS only. Will your Cards have text, images, and other things on a single card? You will have to make a plugin that fits your visual needs.

Someone posted on how to add socialize for android. I can make a plugin for a card view.you might really can modify list view plugin to look like card view to save time

yes, the card will have a image, title and excerpt text which on click will open details.
