New Kid on the block and not sure if I am on the right block

Super greenie here, I want to create an app to sell on A.market and apple/itunes that is a quote of the day scenario. So it's offline app. I am not sure if this is something I can create with buzzt. I have stumbled around for awhile now and even checked out the fabulous stuff on fb. Any direction you can give me would be most appreciated. I have a mac. Many tanks to you, Natalie

Hi @littlemaetree, Welcome to buzztouch! You're at the right place to make some super duper apps! First, take some time to sign up for the v1.5 Early Adopter account. You can find the signup area on your My Account tab. Your app can certainly be done on buzztouch, and how easy or hard it is depends on what way you approach it. You could probably create that app with a series of HTML-based pages that use Javascript for randomness. Lots of ways. Let's get a discussion going here with other members and figure it out! Mark

Cool! And then give this document a read, to make sure you have everything you need to get started (on the computer side...buzztouch gives you everything else)! :-) http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Things_You_Need_Before_You_Start_Developing_Apps_v1.0.pdf Mark

Hi Natalie, welcome from livermore (California or UK?)... @GoNorthWests suggestions are perfect. Once you get your head around the basic concepts, try to spend some time deciphering the JSON data that comes with your project download. It's not important to be a JSON pro but getting a little head start on the understanding will help you when you want to create all your quotes that are available offline. If it was an online app it would be similar but not exactly the same. My two cents...and go get em' you can sooooo do this.
