connecting html in the app with images saved to BT_images folder (iOS)

I'm updating my iPhone app - currently it uses an html page remotely hosted to show a map which connects to traffic cams. I want the map images to be stored within the app's BT_images folder. How would I connect up the html and the images in the BT_images folder? For Example: Currently: <img src=http://mysite.com/app/cams/images/traffic-cams01.jpg width=640 height=153 alt=> Would it be just <img src=traffic-cams01.jpg width=640 height=153 alt=> if the image is loose in the BT_images folder? thanks!

MySkylla's Guide To Buzztouch™ should help you. http://wp.me/p1ZRa7-4O New: Buzztouch™ & Blackberry Next up: ''Windows Phone 7'' & HTML5 Read it. It'll answer your question, plus a few you haven't asked. Fred Read the Buzztouch Method, it'll explain why HTML5 images go in the doc folder not the images folder.

I've had no problem placing the images in the BT_images folder, and linking them in the HTML as if the were in the same path. So it looks like your example should work (with proper quotes where needed, of course)

Stobe, you should read the doc I posted. It clears up some misconceptions about HTLM images. Fred

@basement, Even cooler is that you can create folders in BT_Images, put stuff in there, but only reference the image directly! You don't need to reference the folder structure...BT figures it all out. Great way to keep things organized. Just make sure you don't have any spaces or weird characters in your image names. Mark

@basement, Yep! Good stuff built in by the buzztouch guys! I have an app with three folders in BT_Images, and never refer to those folders in my HTML. Works like a charm! Mark

Hi, You should be able to use the standard <img src='blah.jpg'> (double-quotes, of course) for any image you have in BT_images. Just don't use any spaces in your image names, and make sure you add them to your Xcode project, as well as putting them in you BT_Images folder. Mark

Hi @basement, As long as your images are in the BT_Images folder..and they have been been added to Xocde, then you should be good. Never hurts to do a Project...Clean before building, just in case! Mark

OK I AM TOTALY LOST!!!! i followed these steps: 1. Added the images to the certain area in the online buzztouch client. 2. Downloaded the package for android (my app download folder) 3. Opened it in eclipse 4. Added the photos to the BT_Images folder under the directory 'assists' 5. Ran the application in eclipse and it opened the android emulator 6. Went into the app and it didn't show the images on the app... what am i doing wrong? is there a step that i am missing?
