BT 2.0 server bug? Source code not compiling correctly?

G'day All, Firstly, thanks to David and the team for a great platform :) I've loved using BT 1.5 and have been playing with the BT 2.0 server version and I have found this weird bug. Everything works perfectly from the BT server 2.0 control panel but when I run the app in the simulator it Refreshes the data as usual but doesn't seem to effect the actual screens. So it updates the BT_config.txt but the actual screens don't change!!! I'm thinking this is a problem with the way it compiles the source code for download because as an experiment I took my BT_config.txt from the BT 2.0 server app and loaded it into an app built with the official buzz touch server 1.5 from buzz touch.com. See the results below - one works and one doesn't. Any thought's on what's gone wrong? Image of the BT 2.0 server app from running https://skitch.com/ictguy/g6k8b/ios-simulator Image of the BT 1.5 app from buzz touch running the server 2.0 BT_config.txt https://skitch.com/ictguy/g6kg1/ios-simulator I'm running Buzztouch Server 2.0™ rel.2.1.6 on shared hosting (unix) and PHP Version 5.2.17 Cheers

You probably haven't dragged the proper folders into your xcode project. Read the instructions pdf that is included in your downloaded source code for your app. That should help.

For sure v1.5 class files 'could work' in a self-hosted app but it's very very likely that they will not. There are some subtle differences. I agree with MGoBlue, are you sure you're dragging the plugins folder form the download into Xcode ?

Thanks MGoBlue and David, Hmmm ... an embarrassing RTFM error! Thanks guys, I just assumed it was exactly the same as 1.5 - my fault!! Thanks for setting me straight. cheers
