Feature request (either here, or as a BTServer addon)

I know this has probably been requested several times before, but because of the app I'm currently working on, it has awaken my desire to see it happen :) I would love to be able to edit the BT_config manually. I'm guessing its not editable to save us from messing up our own apps on the website, but perhaps you could put a 'lock' option on the BT_config screen, and allow someone to edit it only after they have knowingly unlocked it. Another option would be to allow a user to re-upload the BT_config back to the site. (Download -> edit in text editor -> upload) And again, this may be something better suited for BTServer, but I think it could be a powerful tool here as well. My main reasoning currently, is because I am creating a LOT of 'child' screens in an app, where I could have copied and pasted the data (creating dummy itemIDs for each screen) and it would make things go a LOT faster. I've done this in xCode before, by downloading the BT_config from this site, and editing it in xCode for quickness, but the problem is, that info can't make it back to the control panel. So I try to do this only after I have done everything I want to on this site, and finish the work in xCode. OK, I'm starting to ramble, so I'll quit now... Back to my app, lol!

Another bonus. If it were a BTServer addon, someone could theoretically create an app on one BTServer, and move it to another. (Or duplicate it, which is a feature I see a lot of people ask for).
