Best way to create Interactive Map?

Hi. I'm new to Buzztouch and do not know how to code. I would like to include an interactive map in my app. What would be the easiest way to do this? Would using an html page with javascript be the best way to go? If yes, will all iPhones need to have some kind of javascript plugin already or is this just a given? Thanks in advance for any advice. Google maps allows you to customize your own map. However, I just had an app rejected because my interactive google map never had the google logo on it per apple guidelines. The funny thing is that is the way it comes from Google. All I did was link to it and apple rejected it so there must be another way to configure an interactive google map which keeps the google logo displayed. Hope this helps.

Nola, thank you for your advice. I'm actually trying to use a map that is very simple, like an illustrated one with the 50 U.S. states on it that can give information and change colors based on a user's actions. Thank you.
