Found an answer to problem of an htm file showing up on the simulators but not on the devices. Changed name of the file and re-downloaded, cleaned, etc. and the problem persisted. How this could happen with a new name for the file led me to believe that there must be something in the BZ code for this screen. So I deleted the screen, re added it back and voila, all is well. I'll leave it up to the BZ gurus to try to figure out what could possibly cause such a thing but for anyone else having a problem like this, this is one way out.
