How to remove glass effect on main icon logo - would prefer a flat icon (easier to read)

I have uploaded an app logo icon that is flat (no glass effect) which i prefer. When i have put it on an iPhone to test the logo now has the glass effect, any ideas on how i can remove this as it makes the logo icon look odd Thanks in advance

Just found the UIPrerendered file and set it to Yes, so a simple fix, thank you. Just running the simulator now....and it's worked....spot on thank you. R

When I uploaded the apps icon there is a glow/glare in the top half of it. I tried using a different computer and it still appears. Is that what rob is referring to?

yes, there is an arc across the icon and the top ~half is behind a sheen of transparent white like light from a window. I also had noticed that not every app on my iPad had an icon with this trait.

Hi Rad Doc I have just worked out how to do this and it is very simple! Here is how it's done: - in Xcode find the BT_info.plist in the BT_Config folder - now you need to ADD this item as it doesn't already exist, so... - go to Editor>Add Item - name the new item UIPrerenderedIcon - set Type to String - set the value to YES Rebuild and voila you have a flat icon!
