Itunes Publishing Details

Ok, so I have exp publishing on Android market... Easy peasy... I want to also open up the iOS to my app, but I can't seem to find the answer to- If my app is free, must I still pay the $99 a year fee?

Yes, unfortunately. But if you find someone who has an account can publish it for you...

Consider adding some advertising to your app, and you'll probably make back the $99/yr fairly quickly. Plus, once you get the app publishing bug, I bet you'll publish more! I'm not sure the inconvenience of having somebody else publish it for you is worth the $99 you'll save. Mark

I agree 100% with Mark, all sorts of issues when it comes to reports, funds, tracking, fall outs etc. Sell your gran and pay the $99!

Hi all ! This is my 2nd year of Apple and Android developing account, it's nice having apps published under your own account, allows to control and publish the apps.
