Could you give a bit more details? Looking at your question, I assume you removed the reportToCloudURL and the dataURL from your configuration file. Add them back in your configuration file here AND in xcode, build the app and the button should be back.

I just realized I didn't even ask if you were using iOS or Android, sorry about that. As you're apparently using iOS, you just have to select the configuration file on the left in xcode. You will be able to edit your file. The easiest way to make sure you don't make any typo is to copy paste the code from buzztouch (once you've added the urls in the configuration file), and then rebuild the app.

Hi @hasssan, You don't need to add them in Xcode. It's a configuration on Buzztouch. Here is a document that explains online vs. offline apps, and shows you how to add/remove those URLs: http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Understanding_App_Refresh_and_Offline_Apps_v1.0.pdf Mark

@Mark I may be wrong, but if hasssan deleted the reportToCloudURL and the dataURL from his configuration file, he will have to add it in xcode. Without them, there is no way to establish a connection with buzztouch, and no way to update the configuration file in the app other than manually.

Probably due to something else. Did you add the icon to Xcode? Here is a doc that tells how to add files to Xcode : http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Adding_Files_To_A_Project_v1.0.pdf If it's added, then do a Project...Clean, and try running it again. If it still won't work, give us some info from the debug console. Luckily, there's a doc that shows you how! http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Problem_Reporting_and_Basic_Debug_v1.0.pdf Please take the time to read these docs...lots of very helpful info here! Mark

You've probably set a breakpoint without paying attention. In the top bar of xcode, you should have an icon labelled Breakpoints. Just click the icon and re-run the app.

Is this with v1.5 or BT Server? Can you show output from the debug console? So we can see what's being reported? Mark

Anyway, quit everything and restart everything, the do a clean, and build the app. Tell us what happens then.

Are you running the app on a device? If so, reboot the device and everything should work. Have to go now, will come back later to see if you got your problem solved.

Hi, We've seen that error (bootstrap server) quite a few times on the forum lately. The solution is to restart Xcode and/or reboot your Mac. That'll take care of it. No reason to rebuild your app. Mark
