This has now become an issue. To change to name I must copy everything I made in one and retitle a new page. Example > NewsHomeTab needs to just be News. If you go into Advanced Properties for the screen, and click on the Nav Bar/Status Bar section, there is a field called Nav. Bar Title. That is the title that the user sees.
