I hope this is clear, what I mean is that I can show the iAd on the list but they are not showing when the user taps on the item to read the story. If you run your app on the simulator, does it ever show the test ad as though it might show an ad on your webviews? The web view loaded from the rss screen is not a screen I can control from the buzztouch control panel; I can only control the RSS screen (the screen where the feeds are loaded).
