What's the most you've paid for an app?

Apple said today they have paid over $4 billion to app devs since launch of App Store, crazy amount of money. Was wondering what is the most you've paid for an app. I bought the TomTom one when it dropped to $40 but that is way more than I've ever paid. Kills my battery but worth it in a city I'm still new to. Second would be the Batmam Arkham City app. Sad I know but I collect (used to when money was a flowing) old batman comics and love the new movies. Think it cost me $5. Completed it on 2 bus rides. Paid around $4 for TouchGrind and TechnoBox few years ago, failed skater and music maker!

$15 for Quick Office price is usually 50% off now, $10 for Back Country Navigator, best map program out there. Kicks Google Maps when it comes to off line use.

It depends on the app. I have paid $29.00 an app. Pricing an app depends on what value it will bring to your customer. I have seen some free apps I wouldn't bother downloading.

I hear you, wasn't a post relating to my pricing, I'm a dollar or free man through and through. Was just curious about the higher end apps people had purchased and what they got for their folding dollars.

$15 for quick office too. Have you tried the Mapquest app? Free and it's got turn-by-turn directions. Hasn't steered me wrong yet in a strange place, and you can't beat the price.

For some reason I haven't, will do. Tried a few others for my good lady when she switched to iPhone, none were any good after TomTom experience.

The big deal about BCN is offline use. I have 300+ MB of map tiles, most of the Appalachian Trail, Google maps limits you to 30 MB, plus I have many more icons to choose from. Fred
