I do not know why my App Rejct. Any Idea, please

My app rejected three times and I got the same message every time. I changed the icone picture but still rejected everytime. I send apple message trying to know what I suppose to do but no answere. I submitted about 20 apps last year with no problem This application is new, I submit it for apple in 2012, I did not submit simillar one before so I do not know what is the problem. Can you help me, please? You can read their message follow, it may help you to help me :-| Thanks in advnce for your help 2.20 We found that your app provides the same feature set as other apps you've submitted to the App Store; it only varies the content or language. We understand the word spam can have a negative connotation. However, we use it simply to characterize a large number of very similar app that then causes the App Store to seem cluttered. Apps that replicate functionality but provide different content contribute to a sense of clutter in the App Store, hindering users' ability to find apps. As such, they do not comply with the App Store Review Guidelines. It would be appropriate to review your app concept to determine if you can add features or content to differentiate this app from your other book apps or to determine if you can combine your apps into a single app, using iOS functionality to provide users access to selected feature sets.

What i would do is go ahead and submit it again but change the app content so they approve it, but once it is released change it back. But im pretty sure thats against the rules.

Perhaps it's time to ask yourself some hard questions. What does the app do that a webapp wouldn't do? Why would a user want your app? Many more questions you maynot have dealt with. Sometimes rejection is the best thing to happen. Without knowing/seeing your app impossible to be more specific. Consider creating a team where others can give you feedback. Write a pdf / Wordpress / Google Doc presentation that others can see. Fred

Freds advice is firm but so fair, I think that you have done a range of apps is all to your credit, but an app must have standalone validity. I make this comment non judgmentally to assist your thinking on how to construct the new app.
