I've never used Twitter, but I've heard some discussion about something like this about twitter recently on the radio. I think it was NPR. I'm sure you could have Twitter send it to you. Would need to delve more deeply into Twitter to suggest something. Or have a login in the App to collect emails which are used with Twitter to notify user either via email or push notification.
