Hello, I have an app that is available in the app store but have noticed there is a problem with the image emailer screen. I have the email address that i want to be shown for the user to email to, but it is not appearing on the app itself. I have the address in the Email To Address box on the buzz touch page but for some reason its not appearing on the app. any help please? The app is Called Spray Paint Art

You have the email to address in the subject line not the email address.

No i have it in both, i only put it in the subject line so people know to copy it and paste it in the email address.

OK. When I try to upload the photo I want to share the To: line is empty and the subject line says 'email to > [email protected] You checked the Control Panel on BT for that screen? Let me know and I'll refresh app and see.

yea i checked the control panel on BT and it shows the email address in the To: line. Its really strange that its not in the app. It must be a bug or something abnormal. any suggestions of where to look?

I'm using the same setup and it is working as it should. You are definitely looking at the right screen, yeah? Don't mean anything by that, just sometimes it needs a fresh pair of eyes. It isn't a ghost screen you are looking at that you changed to point to another from the home screen. You know what I mean? I'm lost then mate.

No offense taken. I know it seems like it would be something stupid I'm forgetting to do but I've checked everything about 5 times now and even made a new screen for the upload page and still nothing is showing in the To: ___ I have used this before on practice apps and it worked fine. Im not sure whats going on but maybe someone else will have an idea because it just doesn't make any sense to me. thanks for trying to help, I appreciate it.

Hate to say this but get it working again, send me the project, I'll check it's working on my end and submit update, looks like updates are running at around 4 or 5 days to approval. Dont waste another day, you can always reject update if you get it working. Might seem like work but if you are charging for it .....
