iOS push notifications doesn't update live devices

I have app in Apple Appstore and all works, but not push notifications: live devices are not in Registered devices. When user install app, push notification opening message works, but app doesn't recognise this device, only developer devices are recognised.

No, I have published iOS app, currentMode of bt_config.txt is set to Live mode. When I try to send push notification, I get message " There is no iOS Devices registered.....". If I look in Registered devices, I have no devices in live mode registered, but in Design mode I have few of them. Looks that all works, only devices can't somehow be registered.

I checked my self-hosted server has these outbound ports open: 1. TCP port 5223 (used by devices to communicate to the APNs servers) 2. TCP port 2195 (used to send notifications to the APNs) 3. TCP port 2196 (used by the APNs feedback service) 4. TCP Port 443 I also checked APN ID 17.0.0.0/8. Is is unblocked in and out. Despite that APN in Live mode has: "There are no iOS Devices registered.......". Is there any other thing to check on server?
