Do build/run icons not show up in Xcode 4.2?

I was watching the buzztouch videos had a different looking Xcode. I'm using Xcode 4.2 and can't seem to get the build/run icons to show up. I've never used Xcode before so don't know if it's becasue it's a new version or if there's domehtng simple that I'm missing. Thanks. Here's a side-by-side, to show what I mean. http://austinapptest1.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/xcode-view.jpg thanks.

Hi, I did some research on this, an it appears that toolbar customization has been removed with Xcode 4.2. So, your basically stuck with what you've got, unless somebody knows something different. I have heard you can remove the text in the toolbar, but that won't help you here. Mark

Oh...I get it. Right click on the top part and select "Icon and Text".....this is how you get the icons to show in Xcode 4.3.2. but if you need to update I recommend that you do anyway. I think this was what you were talking about. Let me know. Thanks, I'm still using snow leopard, so I don't think I can upgrade to 4.3.2 yet.
