If I delete my app from Android Market Place, why it works no more?

I published a buzztouch app (which requires network conection obviously) and few days later I deleted it of Android Market, (pushed on Don't publish)and since then, when I try to open my app from my phone, it doesnt work, it doesnt open... why? PD:I think I will have problems with people who paid/bought my app. thank you.
