New iPad app help

I have completed building my app and have downloaded and opened it up in xcode. I selected the iPad as my device to view the app on and it does view in iPad simulator but the size still looks like it is for an iPhone. Can someone help? Thanks.

When you add buttons and icons you have the option to add in two images, one for small devices and one for large. Did you do that? Nice one on new iPad, jealous. Santa forgot about me this year.

Our school will be an iPad school next year so I'm learning how I can teach my students to create apps. Where is the option located to add buttons and icons. I missed that and went back to the app and couldn't find it. Thanks.

Excellent, sounds like a good school. When you are under screens and menus do the following: Select the button you want to edit and you'll see 'background image name small device' and background image name large device' This is where you'll enter the file names of the button images. This is assuming you have a screen set up with some buttons.

No, I didn't know I could do this. Thanks for the link Fred, I'll have to learn how to do that.

Well I must admit that I'm completely lost on buttons even after reading the tutorial. I created a sub menu and when I select to add something I can see the word button and then click on add to this menu I see nothing regarding buttons.

How do I know if my apps were created with this version? BTv1.5 I'm not seeing the screen shots that you have displayed.

I just reviewed this video iOS: Exploring v1.5 Part 3 Menu Icons and I must have developed my apps with an earlier version. So, how can I make my app to be used by an iPad with full screen view? thanks.

There's only one BTv1.5 version. Did you create a BTv1.4 app?

Look like it is the older version. I'm new to the site and only recently signed up for 1.5. Can my app be converted to 1.5?

Hey again. No way to do that, no. Once you've been through the process once or twice it'll all seem like second nature.

Away from laptop right now. When you select create a new app there will be two options one in left and one on right of screen I think. On the right should be v1.5 app. You see it?

You need to signup to the Early Adopter's program for BTv1.5. http://wp.me/p1ZRa7-4b
