Open new browser window from custom html page.

Hi. I have an app that needs to open another web page via a button from a custom HTML page.It opens in the current browser window OK but the back button goes back to the menu instead of the calling page.Is it possible to modify the code so that another window opens and the back button closes this and returns to the calling page? Regards,Geoff.

Have you directed the HTML to open in a new tab or window? Or just using a plain link? Side note: Get yourself on the early adopters list, you can do so from your CP, loads more options choice and loveliness!

Hi - I believe you need to change the call out to browser: instead of http:// I can't remember where I read it or saw it, but perhaps this can get you moving in a direction.

I have been playing with 1.5 and it looks like Javascript window open now works, the Dreamweaver code is below function MM_openBrWindow(theURL,winName,features) { //v2.0 window.open(theURL,winName, features); } This is triggered from an onclick event on an image or link.Still no browser bars though!
