I suspect that the second install is done correctly because the user having gone thru the first install is now more familiar with the process, hence more likely to install correctly. Suggestions: Have someone else attempt to install apk, if unsuccessful, then problem is with apk. Check Api level Verify you have Eclipse installed correctly. http://wp.me/p1ZRa7-5d Does app run on vd? Turn everything off, then restart. (Includes the computer) Try reinstalling Eclipse.
