Advice about launching App

I don't know quite what to do about launching my new app because of a problem. I can't get BT to acknowledge the problem nor much help in solving it. I understand BT has had some issues lately (which is part of the reason I think it's a bug), I'm willing to be patient (I've posted about the issue 3 times over the last 10 days or so). But with no response to confirm the bug I don't quite know how to proceed? Any advice is welcome. Thank you, Bruce

While trying to add some bonus content as a little finishing touch to my app, I thought I would add 4 more trail maps using some code I've used before (and still works everywhere else in the app) by cutting and pasting the code from another buzztouch custom html page. I then copy and paste a kml link into the code and usually everything works perfectly and the google map shows up in my app. For some odd reason all I get is a blank screen with no map every time I copy and paste in the code. All my older trail maps work perfectly (with the same code). When I cut and paste all the code from a working trail map (in my app) into a new custom html menu that doesn't work either???

When you are pasting the code are you importing it through the source button?

Yes and not from word. I actually use the code from existing, working maps in BT. Then change the KML link I get from google maps. Even if I paste code that already works in BT, the exact same code (in other words, copy and paste the code that is in a working map already in my app) does not work in a new custom html text field. That is why I think that this is a BT bug.

So there is no one who can help me with this problem? There is no one who can even agree with me that there is a bug? This is extremely strange. Maybe I'll have to take a different tact...

That would be the 4th time I tried... Does it sound like a bug to you?
