1.5 Gallery

Is it possible in 1.5 to have a gallery that displays thumbnails of the photos, and when a user taps them, it turns into the full sized photo?

Hi Jake, A plugin like that isn't released at the moment. If you want something like this you should do the programming by yourself or hire someone else to do the job for you. I suppose you know the 'standard' (sorry for the name @David) image gallery plugin. If you come up with a solution I would be glad to hear it. Best Regards, Danny

Jake Have a look at some jquery solutions, they are slick, lightweight and plenty of code examples around. I've only used them on full sites but have been playing with a couple for BT use. Look at this for example - http://functionthemes/demo/photosquares2/ Good luck!

Hey Jake, Another cool HTML 5 gallery is Slideshow Pro Director: http://slideshowpro.net/products/slideshowpro_director/ It is a server based (php) image Content Management System and the self install version costs $59, or you can order a hosted version. The HTML 5 version seems to run well in the Buzztouch App I am testing now. Using a custom html screen makes it easy to link to the gallery. The ui is really nice : http://slideshowpro.net/img/dir-slideshow-anim-4.jpg Best Regards, Brian-

There you go Jake, load of options to achieve this , you'll have it up in no time. No need to wait for a plugin, reinvent the wheel or hire someone. BT is so flexible you can add this and more right in. Have fun!

Hi Jake (and the rest), Sorry for my previous answer but I thought you we're looking for a native solution. If you like to do as told by the others (and like to dive in a little code) try this one (IT'S FREE) http://www.photoswipe.com/ Best Regards, Danny
