Only solution is to rebuild you app in 1.5 and resubmit to the appropriate store . A lot of folks will open up two browser windows with one on their v1.4 app and one on their v1.5 app and they'll then recreate the app copying information where they can. What speeded things up was opening two buzz window one of the old app and one of the 1.5 version in separate window side by side and copying data and checking settings.
