scrolling in simulator

Hi, I'm a new user and I have a project which has a menu screen and pdf documents, each of which is too long vertically to be seen on the iphone without scrolling. When I run them on the simulator there doesn't seem to be a way to scroll them so I can see if all is well. Is this possible or do I have to download to an actual phone itself to try this out? Thanks.

Hi Stevek, I've been successful in both the iPhone/iPad and Android simulators scrolling by simply left-clicking on the screen and holding it, while pulling in the direction that I want to go. That works very well for me. Mark

Now, any way to simulate pinching to zoom in and out?

I believe there is, but am not entirely sure. I seem to recall something on the menu bar in the iPhone simulator about keystrokes that simulate pinching. Did a two second search, and just found this : http://iphoneappsforlife.wordpress.com/2009/08/02/two-finger-gestures-pinchetc-on-iphone-simulator/ Mark
