Hi, Just wondering if you can help me please. I get the error message Data for this screen has not been downloaded'. I tried all the regular things listed in the forum i.e.: redownloaded source code, recompiled, tried dragging in image again to Xcode images folder etc. I then looked in config.txt and tried to open the HTML screen in my browser and got the error message 'You requested a URL that does not exist' . Details are: App = InfoOcean Main menu item = CHOOSE your information get error -> Data for this screen has not been downloaded' Screen name is = Choose1 HTML link -> www.buzztouch.com/applications/EA90AC3B589100CF2395A9B68/customHTML-0A15714A226178569E20710.html (broken link) then get error message 'You requested a URL that does not exist'. I am almost ready to launch my App, so any help very much appreciated. David if you want to access my App to try and diagnose, please take this as permission to do so. cheers Tricia

Have you moved your source code recently?

Just looked at the 'Choose1 screen in your control panel. It doesn't look like you've entered any content in the Custom HTML / Text box. Enter something (or just click save). Re-try the URL, bet it works ;-)

No sorries, all good. We should probably adjust that screen so the URL is valid even if you don't enter any values. On the list. Good luck with the App Store.
