They are called something like quizBG_large.jpg and quizBG_sml.jpg I believe those are the droids you're looking for that. That is to say you can edit these two images to suit your needs. Within the quiz you can reference the images to sit on top of the questions as well and change the images that display for questions. You'll see, under each question, the box for 'Image Name Small Device' and 'Image Name Large Device' Comments If you look in xcode under Quiz Images you'll see two images, one for iphone and one for ipad.
