URL with parms problem in RSS reader

I'm having trouble with passing a URL as part of the parameters of a URL in my v1.5 app. Example from the xcode log as the iPad simulator runs: 2012-01-04 13:57:47.951 connected[1290:13703] BT_downloader: downloadFile: http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?Feed=http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run_id=b65645bb9a7c0a52cb4aeedf7b279567&_render=rss&_id=fc588907bd5b8aad951d9e77165c1ad0&_render=rss&fromLanguageCode=en&toLanguageCode=pl Which I believe should look like: 2012-01-04 13:57:47.951 connected[1290:13703] BT_downloader: downloadFile: http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?Feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpipes.yahoo.com%2Fpipes%2Fpipe.run%3F_id%3Db65645bb9a7c0a52cb4aeedf7b279567%26_render%3Drss&_id=fc588907bd5b8aad951d9e77165c1ad0&_render=rss&fromLanguageCode=en&toLanguageCode=pl This difference is that the special characters, :,/,?,& need to be encoded when passed as a parameter to the URL, but they are getting translated back into their normal state, since the reader URL is a parameter to the RSS reader itself, I guess! Is there a way to encapsulate this parameter to avoid the special characters being decoded?
