iAd's option not showing up in Buzztouch control panel

On one of my apps the iAd option is not showing up in the Advanced settings for any of the screen types.

Self hosted or BT hosted? If it's self hosted it will NOT show up. If it's BT hosted it will. If it's BT hosted, post... a) The name of the app exactly as it appears in your control panel. b) A simple 'it's OK for buzztouch to access my app for testing' message. We can access all the apps but need your permission before accessing yours.
