Using HTML...

A few things I would like to add to my app if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction. 1. I want to add buttons into the custom text/HTML screen. Email, Add to Facebook, Add to Favourites, things like that. How would I go about adding buttons like this to the custom text/HTML screen, and also be able to manipulate the shape, size, colour and function of these buttons? 2. In one of the buttons I would like to add the ability for users to fill in a form. This form would consist of information to be filled out by the user, and sent to my email address. How would I go about creating a 'form'? 3. Implementing a comment facility so users can comment on the text, once logged in? Each screen would have its own comment thread separate from other screens. 4. Implementing a star rating system so that users can rate my content. These ratings would be shared and averaged between users like how Amazon's system works.
