Set up for Iphone Development Environment

I'm looking for a guide to visually walk through the process of downloading what i need, installing it, and making the correct configurations. Windows Vista 32 bit operating system. Thanks in advance for your replies. Best regards, Herman

You need a Apple Mac computer, on at least OSX Snow leopard and xcode with the latest sdk installed for the best results.

Hi Herman, @RacinJason is correct...you need a Mac in order to do iPhone development. Check out this doc : http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Things_You_Need_Before_You_Start_Developing_Apps_v1.0.pdf There have been conversations in the forum about running Mac OS X in a virtual machine on Windows, but that violates the EULA for Mac OS X, and I don't think you want to get on Apple's bad side if you desire to submit apps to their store! I used a Mac mini that I picked up on Craigslist for $200, and it works perfectly. Mark
