android v1.5 api 2.2 8, clicking a menu list item points to the SMS screen instead of the PDF screen.LOL?

Hi guys, i've been comedically wrestling with eclipse for the past two days to get the apk onto my device,finally done that, the first two splash screen and content page loads correctly. but when i click on a content page item it goes to the sms screen instead of the pdf screen.is it asking me to sms david? lol can't believe how complex it is to go onto android as opposed to ios

Hi @byteblorg, It's all a matter of perspective...there are some parts of Xcode that are easier than Eclipse, and vice versa! Unfortunately, Android development is a bit behind iOS development for Buzztouch v1.5. I don't believe that PDF support is available yet, though it is in Buzztouch Server 2.0. I'd had a project waiting in the wings for PDF support and...well...it's still waiting. So, you could try BT Server 2.0 (http://www.buzztouch.com/BT-server/), or figure out some way to code in the PDF support. Otherwise, I think you've hit a crossroads at the moment. Thanks! Mark

I would recommended you use BTv2.0 Server instead of waiting for the soon to be released screens in BTv1.5. There's a few work around for some of the non-functioning screens in BTv1.5, but BTv2.0 is inherently a better platform. Why drive a Camery when you can drive a . . .

Thanks guys! I think while concurrently moving to bt2.0 server,I'm going to change the links to point to webpages that display the pdfs as an interim solution
