Out of the above, what is the best website for push notifications and what do you guys find are the pros and cons in comparison. Would like something that is; A) relatively simple to implement in both IOS and Android Apps B) The ability to send rich notifications/ messages as well as push C) The ability to target users based on interests and send messages depending on suitability D) Cost effective (hopefully free!) I think Appoxee is great but it's disappointing that it is not yet available for Android and I don't like that it displays 'powered by Appoxee' in the message inbox. I totally understand that they would want their brand there but I think it may look unprofessional for the end user. So would like something similar that would work for both droid and IOS but without the branding. Also, does anyone know if there is an indicative date for when push might be implemented in BT? (I know it is being worked on at the moment) And will developers have the ability to send targeted push messages? May i ask, and this is a novice-based question (to parse/appoxee etc) .. but isn't this a bit like comparing apples to apple pie? Correct me if i am wrong, but Parse allows the data modellers like myself to actualize a complex working backend, with data relationships, crud, queries etc. This is far more than just push notifications et al.. Again, i a new to these platforms and don't mind being wildly wrong ;) drew..
