Major Issue With iAds Crash???

I've just about finished my first app and I decided to put iAds on some of the screens. So I went to advanced settings and enables ads on some of them. Now when I run the app in the xcode simulator I get an error and the app stalls. And now in the xcode files list it shows a missing icon for something called mobfox framework I added the iAd framework to the xcode project but the app still crashes... I have no idea whats wrong. Do I need to recompile the code after I change the ad settings on the control panel? I was hoping to upload the app tonight but am at a standstill now... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

And I just fixed it. Apparently it was because I was running in the iOS 4.0 simulator. I switched to 5.0 and it works like a charm :) But..... Shouldn't it work in the 4.0 simulator also??? Apple launched iAds on iOS 4.0 didn't they? So it should work in 4.0... I'll try 4.1 and 4.3 and post another reply...

Final Update is It also crashes in 4.1....... I guess my memory was incorrect, iAds only work on iOS 4.2 and up, my bad... Excuse my ignorance, and at the very least now we have a topic that explains this to any future BT users :P

Good post here. iAds is for sure a tricky thing. The mobfox framework was added to some earlier projects and is not used any longer, you can ignore this. It sounds like you've got it figured out and your detailed post is appreciated.
