If a user has set up their device to be in Polish or Spanish, I'd like to know that, and be able to easily pass that to my RSS feeds, so they can be translated. So long as you have a way of processing that data and responding in a proper manner to it. I'm thinking the trick for you is going to be setting the passed merge field value to properly reflect the language being used on the device.
