Please explain what you mean by this. Do you for example mean like a blog? Jonathan Hamon

Hi Jonathan I want to add a document which the user can edit then save. Then the information that is used can be kept as a log. Thanks

Hi, Don't think that is straightforward to do as basically when you open an document you are not doing that with the full application but a viewer / reader. Mobile device also have limited ram and storage so as the document grows in size it might become too big. The way I would probably do this is to setup a mobile web site that can be accessed from the application you create and have that ability as an option.

Thanks Thinking about using a document :) is there a way for the user to edit and then save it?? I think a mobile site will be too complicated

Hi, Not that I'm aware of. A mobile site IMHO is even easier than building an APP on here so if that is too complicated then I don't think this platform is going to be for you.

Natively, meaning without additional coding, Buzztouch does not support what you are trying to do. You could set up an HTML screen that has a form in which a person enters text, it's gets written to a database somewhere, and then the resulting page, with all the updates, is fetched as a screen. That would be super easy. If you are trying to save the text to a log on the device...well, that's a whole 'nother story, and would require some code hacking in Java or Objective-C. Mark
