Where is the /BT_Art/ folder located in the server install?

I want to make it so that every time I download a app, the default images in that folder will be what I want them to be: (all black without white text) instead of the fake splash screens. This way I wont have to replace the images every time I download a new or updated copy of an app from the server. Thanks! (I looked before posting, could not find it - is it possible that the images there are stored somewhere else and then the BT_Art folder is created later?) David.
