Simple app with PDF and Audio embedded

Hi everyone, Just found buzztouch and it looks like an excellent service. I am hoping to create some fairly simple apps that use just a PDF file with audio embedded into the app. I need users to be able to read the PDF document while listening and having access to the embedded audio files. PDF files may be larger than 8MBs and the audio needs to be included within the app and not streaming. I have no experience with code at all (I wish I did) but I am trying to learn. How do I approach this using buzztouch? Should I add my PDF files and use the audio steaming feature for now within buzztouch? Will I be able to adjust the settings in Xcode and change the audio from steaming to embedded? Can the PDF be viewed at the same time as the audio is playing? Thank you for your help. Best wishes JonnyL

Just to follow from my last message is there an option to upload an mp3 file instead of a streaming audio link?

Hi, JonnyL If you are using version 1.5 (I'm not sure about v.1.4), you can add a pdf document and attach an .mp3 file to it quite easily. You can also specify if you want the audio to stop when you exit the screen or continue to play. In Xcode, you add the pdf file to the BT_images folder and the mp3 to the BT_Sound folder. Maybe someone else can advise about the size of your pdf document. I don't know what's too big, but creating an html screen with your pdf content is another option. You can add audio to that, too. Hope that helps! Nicole

Hi Parker, is that the process I would use to embed a clickbank affiliate link? Thanks

Hi CBreeze, From the few seconds I spent looking at clickbank it appears that what you are referring to is a web link to a URL. So that is something that would generally be found in a HTML page. Or even as a Custom URL screen. The link I gave above is related to adding files to your project.
