Since setting does not appear within advanced properties, I assume this must be done in code directly? If @cpantem can hack around it by replacing the lower toolbar with an ad banner that could work. The other idea would be to try to make the top image and buttons smaller so the ad banner could fit under the last answer? Maybe do three answer quizzes instead of four. This would leave you the space on the screen where hte last button was (put an ad there instead). It would take you 'lying' to the contorl panel for 4th answer (it's required, funny) and getting the layout class file / quiz to ingore the fourth option wherever it's referenced.
