You can email it, put it on a website, or into one the Android markets, like the Google or Amazon ones. That is for Android only. iOS apps have to go through the iTunes Store. To develop your app, you don't need BT Server...you can use the services of buzztouch.com to develop your app, and never, ever, have to use BT Server!
