Hiring someone to help me

So I've come to the conclusion that I sadly won't be able to make the app I want to build - a guide to restaurants in a city with location based map features - on my own. I was wondering if there's anyone who I could hire to help me develop it. Let me know and I can give you a more detailed picture. Thanks!

What specifically can't you do in BT that you want? Sometimes there are ways around certain restrictions...

A little search request like the following goes a long way, in a URL page: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=restaurant&hl=en&sll=[deviceLatitude],[deviceLongitude] (My Location)&iwloc=A&hl=en

Thanks for the response guys. Coderx, I need your contact details. In terms of things I specifically can't do. Custom screens/plugins and map searches including showing nearest app are the biggest two. Also I want my app to be entirely self contained and be able to use maps even in offline mode which I need to get my head around...

For offline I believe to solution involves google my maps. Biggest problem with google maps, it's a memory hog and many andriod user willhave uninstall google maps. There's are various free maps apps that install to the sd card (now your complicating the users experience). It would be ideal to have a free map app embedded in your app with downloaded map tiles. A good 30 day free app to look at would be Back Country Navigator (Android only).

Offline Google maps seems to be bizarre and requires jail breaking the iPhone. I would write out a detailed design and the whys and maybe people can chime in on the practicality.

Google maps now allows 30 mb of download for offline use. I have 400 mb of maps downloaded. Problem is I don't know how to save google map tiles to embed into app. For certain apps a small amount of maps tiles would be fine. Question is how to automatically download tiles the user will need so that when they arrive at the trailhead where there's not service they don't say oops.

that's a lot of storage on someone's phone. maybe a non-Google solution would make sense. I found this interesting software that caches maps but they got slapped by Google due to terms of service so they don't support google maps anymore http://code.google.com/p/gmapcatcher/issues/detail?id=210
